About Bowen Designs

Since being founded in 1982 by Randy Bowen, Bowen Designs has made an indelible impact upon the world of pop culture collectibles. With his love of the genre and unsurpassed attention to detail, Bowen quickly established himself as one of the most respected sculptors in the garage kit industry of the 1980s. Bowen Designs was incorporated in 1991 with the goal of offering high quality, limited edition pieces at reasonable prices. By combining his knowledge of molds and resins with a pioneering vision, Bowen achieved his aims, and such collectibles became a reality. As a result, Bowen Designs’ innovative style set the industry standard by which all other collectibles manufacturers are measured. In particular, Bowen’s legendary line of Marvel statues and mini-busts are widely accepted as being responsible for beginning the new era in collectible statues.

Bowen Designs’ innovative style set the industry standard by which all other collectibles manufacturers are measured.

Since then, Bowen Designs continues to offer superior product ranging from nearly every major comic book company and many major films. Such properties include Marvel, DC, Star Wars, Disney, etc., as well as numerous pulp, comic strip, and independent comic publications, and even promotional projects for major corporations such as Nike.

While founder Randy Bowen remains the primary designer and sculptor at Bowen Designs, Mr. Bowen enlists some of the most talented creators in the business in order to give fans the most versatile product possible. In fact, many of the industry’s greatest talents got their start working for Bowen Designs.

Currently, Bowen Designs continues to thrive as a quality manufacturer whose diverse collection of pop culture icons remains unsurpassed in today’s collectibles market.

I really want to get hold of a Doc Octopus but they seem to be really hard to get hold of now.

They hardly ever come up on Ebay and when you put them up on the Vault you wont ship International.

Any suggestions and/or any chance we might see him again?

No soon...

If the Mojo statue receives decent interest, would that increase chances for more large FS characters like:

1) Modern Sentinel
2) Modern Galactus
3) Sasquatch
4) Blob

Yes
