Sideshow schrieb:Please try the following troubleshooting tips in regards to the light effect on your Shaak-Ti Lightsabre.
1) Try to clean the connection plugs between the body and base, and between the arm and hand. Sometimes over-sprayed paint can interfere with the electrical current. This paint can be removed by lightly applying some rubbing alcohol over the metal plugs and outlets with a q-tip or a wipe.
2) Make sure the arm is in the body snuggly and the body is all the way into the base, and then turn your statue on. Please leave it on for 20 to 25 minutes. Your sabre may start working and then should work normally afterward.
3) Please clean the metal connections inside of the battery case thoroughly with some rubbing alcohol and then use fresh new batteries. Then please try the above step of leaving the statue turned on for 20 to 25 minutes.
Please let me know if this corrects the problem with the lighting of the piece.
