Ich habe auf meine E-Mail dann jedenfalls nichts gehört, weder "instantly" noch irgendwann.

Das ist vielleicht besser so Goliath. Die sind wohl überlastet.
Ich habe heute morgen eine Email von Anthony bekommen das die Reklamation meiner defekten Yazneg Statue aus der Weta Aktion geschlossen wurde. Der Grund: Ich hätte nicht innerhalb von fünf Tagen geantwortet.
Dabei hatte ich natürlich geantwortet und die Statue wurde von DPD bereits Mittwoch abgeholt. Die ging übrigens schon ins neue Lager nach Amsterdam zurück.

Die Reklamationsbedingungen sind jetzt das man einen Schaden innerhalb von 48 Stunden nach Erhalt des Pakets bei Weta melden muss. Da waren die auch mal kulanter, diese Bestimmungen hatte ich bisher nicht auf dem Schirm.
