ANOVOS is proud to offer the STAR WARS Clone Trooper™ Phase II Helmet as seen in Star Wars: Revenge of the Sith. When we approached this legendary helmet five years ago, we were faced with the most unique challenge to our replicative capabilities: There was no real helmet ever made to cast, 3D scan, or base our engineering from. After multiple iterations and prototypes, our focus was accuracy and fit. Because of the primarily digital nature of this helmet, the conventional overhead entry couldn't be used without losing the accuracy of sculpt. Instead, we engineered a system of faceplate removal which will allow our costumers and collectors to easily slip the helmet on and reattach the faceplate, capturing the original intent and curvatures from the digital models.  We are particularly proud to offer this helmet after the many years of attempting to get it right. We believe this iteration captures the essence of such a legendary helmet, without sacrificing the details and "accuracy" of the digital models we used which originated from the movies.
