First broadcast in 2002, ""Ghost in the Shell: Stand Alone Complex"" is a landmark television anime series that introduced its cyberized near-future world to a wide audience and inspired ambitious sequels. From this influential series, Motoko Kusanagi now joins the Life Scale Masterline.

Depicting the Major of the year 2030—youthful and driven with quiet intensity—the Motoko Kusanagi envisioned by director Kenji Kamiyama, and further shaped through the performances of Atsuko Tanaka and others, has been realized as the world’s first full-scale, life-size figure. Faithful to her official height of 168 cm, the figure’s realistic sculpting and paintwork convey a pose imbued with the pride of a leader, while fully capturing the subtle presence of the ghost she holds within.

Crimson camera eyes, rendered with even the emerging lettering visible. The flow of her short hair falling diagonally forward. The head sculpt, marked by an intelligent expression, has been carefully refined with a subtle hint of the artificial nature of her cyborg body. The same approach is applied to her torso and limbs, forming a beautifully proportioned physique, while the finely crafted Sebro C-26A further emphasizes her overwhelming combat capability. In addition, her signature jacket is removable. Draped in high-quality fabric materials, it conveys a refined sheen and texture. Displayed without it, her lighter appearance evokes a more agile, active presence. Create your display just as you envision it.

The specially designed base features the mark of Public Security Section 9. Its restrained silver tone evokes the atmosphere of a cyberized world. Created to commemorate the 30th anniversary of the anime’s production, this world’s first life-size figure of Motoko Kusanagi conveys the memories of the year 2030, and the past and future connected through it.

A claustrophobic chamber in space, an alien silhouette in motion. The enduring creature design, captured in XL. From the film ""Alien,"" which laid the groundwork for sci-fi suspense, the Big Chap Xenomorph Regular Ver. emerges in Museum Masterline XL.

Created by the master H. R. Giger and serving as the starting point of a franchise that continues to this day, the Big Chap is presented here as a 1/3 scale statue that captures its grotesque beauty. A Wide Shot Head—also known as the ""Giger Head""—featuring intricate detail. A symmetrically constructed body. A long, sharp tail that flexes like a whip. Taking full advantage of its 100 cm height, the statue has been crafted with a high level of precision across the entire form. Its unsettling pose, impossible to predict in its next movement, also reflects the tall physique and physical performance of Bolaji Badejo, who portrayed the creature.

The special base is inspired by the interior of the Nostromo. From the rugged textures of the piping to the somber red applied to the mesh plates, the details are built up throughout. The Interior Wall with LED Illumination, which heightens the sense of confinement, is also removable. Detach it to appreciate the Big Chap’s sculpt from every angle.

"Fallout" is faithful to the tone of the original games while unfolding a story of its own, captivating audiences worldwide with its post-apocalyptic drama. From this world, Maximus Power Armor joins the Real Elite Masterline series.

A young soldier who clings to the ideals of the Brotherhood of Steel in an attempt to erase a dark past. One of the story's morally complex protagonists is brought to life wearing the power armor he first donned. The imposing form and pose of the T-60 model, its LED-illuminated headlight, and the symbolic three claw marks are meticulously crafted based on an analysis of the on-screen props. Every detail is faithfully captured at a 1/4 scale. A bleached Deathclaw skull. Scuttling Radroaches. A milk vending machine that stirs memories of childhood. The specially designed base evokes the wasteland as seen through Maximus's eyes. Each element is crafted to quietly tell its part of the story.

A vengeful warrior crossing Ezo, depicted amid falling ginkgo leaves. Set in Ezo in 1603, “Ghost of Yōtei” weaves a story of revenge and renewal. From this Sucker Punch Productions title that drew major attention in 2025, the protagonist Atsu is brought to life in the Real Elite Masterline.

Atsu journeys across the vast northern land to hunt down the Yōtei Six who killed her family. This 1/4 scale statue captures her dual blades—tempered by an unshakable composure forged in brutal trials, and driven by a vengeance she cannot erase. Her dignified yet shadowed visage is rendered with naturally lustrous eyes and finely detailed skin texture. A well-worn hat is detachable, and an additional head part is included to portray her unmasked, without the Onryō mask. From the Onryō armor that conveys the feel of silk, to her mother’s shamisen, the obi bearing the names of her foes, and the fur pelt made with faux-fur material—every element pursues realism.

“THERE’LL ALWAYS BE A JOKER.” Re-sculpting Lee Bermejo’s concept in 1/4 scale Written by Brian Azzarello. Illustrated by Lee Bermejo. From the crime-noir graphic novel that made an impact in the 2000s, “The Joker” joins the Ultimate Premium Masterline.

With Bermejo himself brought on as concept designer, the 1/3 scale statue announced in 2019 returns—now realized in a more compact 1/4 scale. Reddish whites of the eyes, a mouth torn open with raw realism, and a yellowed set of teeth that leaves an unsettling impression. The pale facial elements have been updated with sculpting and paintwork refined over roughly seven years. From the coat sweeping in motion to the exotic leather shoes, every detail captures Bermejo’s style with high fidelity. The special base also incorporates motifs from “Batman: Noël.” Batman, stripped of freedom. Robin appearing along the side. The Bat-Signal carved into the back. By setting these elements beneath him, the Joker’s presence is emphasized even further.

With the Deluxe Version, a wide-open mouth—a laugh that sounds like a scream. A nihilistic grin, even after taking a fatal blow. To help you stage different moments of battle, multiple head sculpts with distinct expressions are included. Use the head stand as well, and enjoy customizing the display to your liking. The “Rambaldi Head” defined the Big Chap’s iconic look. This statue stands 100 cm tall at 1/3 scale and features the Close-Up Shot Head based on the work of visual effects artist Carlo Rambaldi. The hood’s transparency, the complex structure around the mouth, and the gaps born of its skeletal design—every element was pursued with on-screen accuracy in mind. Its unsettling pose, impossible to read at a glance, also reflects the tall stature and physicality of Bolaji Badejo, who portrayed the creature. Draped in finely rendered detail, it conveys the suffocating tension of a confined space.

A short FAQ, answered by James Park.

1. What is the scale of this product?
This piece will be in quarter scale, which has long been considered the traditional and representative scale for comic statues.

2. Will this product also be expensive like existing JND products?
This line is designed to be the most accessible line in our lineup. Since it’s not really for me to judge the price, I’ll leave the answer at that.

3. Is it a full sculpt, or mixed media?
There isn’t a fixed rule, but we aim to create mixed-media statues. The reason is simple: the materials should be used in the way that best expresses and recreates the real textures they represent. In that sense, it won’t feel unfamiliar to those of you who have experienced JND Studio products before.

4. Will there be reinterpretation?
This series will not feature excessive reinterpretation. However, the early pieces will start with comic styles that are not far from our established aesthetic, particularly works inspired by the art of Alex Ross.

5. Will this line have continuity?
Yes. Three products are currently in development, and we are planning to expand this lineup by at least two and up to four releases per year.
