Habe ne Mail von Weta bekommen leider ist mein Englisch nicht so dolle bitte euch mal um Hilfe.
Die haben sich wohl beim Bezahlvorgang vertan so wie ich das verstehe.
As you probably know, our next shipment of The Balrog - Demon of Shadow and Flame, is due in our warehouses in March for shipping to you and others who have ordered it.
Now, one of the guys in our warehouse must have been a wee bit overexcited about our Smaug the Terrible statues being shipped this week and accidentally also processed some payments for The Balrog. Your order is one of these.
So, it will take a bit longer than usual between payment and delivery this time and for this I apologise. However...
We will make it up to you
To put our money where our mouth is, we will immediately put 50 Weta Dollars (per Balrog you ordered if it was more than one) into your account and these will be available straight away along with the Weta Dollars you earned on your purchase. These were automatically added to your account when we released your order to the warehouse.
What if my order had a 'Capture Error'?
If you were sent an email that says your order needs attention and asks you to update your credit card details, you have a choice to either do that now and have the money taken off your card immediately or don't click the link now but wait until the statues are in stock in March.
If you decide to wait, we will still give you the 50 compensatory Weta Dollars now, but the regular full amount of Weta Dollars for the Balrog will be available when the payment is taken in March and your item is shipped.
We do hope we haven't caused you too much inconvenience

Die haben einen Fehler gemacht und das Geld zu früh von deinem Konto abgebucht. Der kommt ja erst im März raus und im Zuge der Smaug-Bestellungen ist das halt passiert.
Als Kompensation werden dir sofort 50 Weta Dollar gutgeschrieben (statt das Geld zurückzubuchen) die du sofort verwenden kannst. Der Rest kommt dann März.
Brauchst nix unternehmen, außer das stört dich...

Ja danke dir für die Hilfe,das Angebot werde ich natürlich annehmen hatte da was von einem link und was mit Kreditkarte gelesen und dachte ich müsste dies bestätigen um das Angebot in Anspruch zu nehmen.
Habe die E-Mail auch erhalten. Ich denke 50 Weta-$ sind ein guter Zins dafür, dass ich Weta 800 NZD einen Monat lang ausleihe.
Kurze Nachfrage an die, bei denen der Balrog zu früh belastet wurde:

Bei mir ist aber nichts drauf, nur die "normalen" Weta-$ für die Bestellung.
Ich habe 108 Weta Dollar insgesamt ohne zusätzliche Bestellungen ,abgezogen wurde am 12.02 auf meinem Kontoauszug ist aber noch nichts zu sehen.
Meine zusätzlichen 50 Weta-$ sind nun heute auf Nachfrage auch sofort gutgeschrieben worden.
