Nachdem das ganze ja schief ging mit Insolvenz etc. Hier mal etwas gute Nachrichten
Also, for those of you who may have missed our prior announcement: SD Studios officially acquired all of the assets of MRG and we will hopefully be pulling the HAL project back from the dead and get it back into production and delivered to the MRG customers. Step 1 was to acquire the MRG inventory.
Step 2 is to defend and dismiss this ridiculous lawsuit.
DONE! WE WON!
The next step is to get the insurance company to honor our contract and reimburse everyone who is owed money for product. They have NOT made a decision yet either way. There is NO GUARNTEE that this will be approved, but please stay tuned!
